Minimal activity. No violations, erosion issues observed. BMPs installed, revegetation working well to prevent erosion

Onsite meeting at 9:30 AM to discuss corrective actions after discharge of muddy stormwater due to signifcant rainfall and BMP failures ( inadequate outlet protection on new stormwater system features at Vortex/Ridgepoint pond and outfall at bottom of site, plugged/misconnected stormwater bypass pipe)

Corrective active plan:
- all work Friday and Saturday is focused on repair and preparing system to be properly operational
- repair/complete the new stormwater discharge pipe into pond so no erosion occurs when flowing into pond
- build lined & rip rapped spillway upstream from new DIs on Ridgpoint to prevent overflow from gutter over disturbed ground to pond

- add additonal lining to hold down sediment and perimter sediment controls around the Ridgepoint/Vortex pond to ensure no flows from disturbed areas around pond so all water going in is treated by a sediment control

- Plug outlet pipe from the pond ASAP to create a no discharge situation till system can be properly completed; will be plugged until system completion (monday-tuesday 5/4-5/5). Will need to be onsite if rain storm occurs (none currently forecasted) to make sure pond does not overflow
- repair broken manholes and make connections per plan. Verify correct connection once complete
- Install outlet protection (energy dissipators, scour prevention, rip rap, flow spreader etc) at bottom of site
- clean out any accumulated mud in the stormwater drainage system and below the site discharge. Remove mud on cement flume passing by JH storage lot
- take turbidity measurements and plan for turbidity testing of stormwater discharges after all 0.25 rain events until further notice. keep log in SWPPP
- complete corrective action report for SWPPP, share link to Syman website for the site's SWPPP with Boise ESC Inspectors for review

Turbidity testing conducted:
- 9:10 ACHD stormwater basin at bottom of Starcrest prior to discharge to Boise River tributaries 44.7 NTU
- 9:15 Boise River tributary channel approx 1/3 mile downstream 37.2 NTU
- 9:40 Water pooled in Vortex/Ridgepoint pond 647 NTU
- 10:00 Bypass outlet pipe 968
- 10:05 down stream from outlet pipe in creek before flow into culver to flume 793 NTU
- note: estimate Boise River is no more than 5 NTU. This is an exceedence of water quality limits


Note: upper subdivsion is in compliance. No trackout, consturction entrance installed, concrete washout pan, bermed lotsf for stormwater control, revegetation looks really good
