Subdivision streets and gutters in good condition. Permit sign posted at top site @ Barber and Trapper. Storm drains have sediment protection and individual lots have perimter BMPs where needed.
RP stated concrete washout pan service accidently spilled some of an overfull pan they were removing leaving residue in the gutter:
Correction reqest:
- provide two concrete washout pans to prevent overfilling. Inspect regularly to notifiy for service
- clean up dried residue. Minimal slurry entered drain, blocked by filter fabric.

trash follow up
Some trash still found along perimeter of site in vegetation of Walling Creek during inspection. Windy conditions making trash control difficult. Full bins are to have pallets or boards placed over them to prevent wind from blowing out items. Bins are to be emptied tomorrow. Walked site with RP, ordered that trash pick up crew should pass by Walling Creek at a minimum of once per day..
Trash crew (2 workers, 1 full time, 1 part time ) covers Park Place each day and also picks up in River Heights.
