Inspection 5/15 @ 3 - 3:30 PM. Follow up inspection from 5/14 and rainfall inspection.

Corrections completed:
- accumulated sediment at subdivision entrance was cleaned and streets swept.
- two concrete washout pans are now located at the washout area on Hootowl as requested.

Corrections needed:
- install new construction entrance at top (Barber @ Trapper) to accomodate the dirt hauling operation. Significant muddy trackout causing muddy runoff. Request issued to Jameson w HHS
- inspect and replace all DI bags, especially on Barber Drive at bottom, on the hill below the rip rap channel blowouts, and below the trackout from upper excavation area. Call inspector for specific locations.
- track and stabilize disturbed area between rip channel and curb. Install water bars to direct sheet flow back into channel. Prevent runoff from upland areas from flowing over this stretch.
- review inspection notes from 5/14.

Need to repair and correct eroded bank at corner of Parkcenter and Harris Ranch Road. Roadway runoff is moving to fast and cutting into the bank of the creek and depositing sediment behind check dam structure in channel.

Emailed photos to engineer Dave @ Riverridge. He will have crews repair with a slope drain or lined channel to prevent further runoff.

All builders need to improve trash control in there sections. ZEC will pick up all loose trash along Harris Ranch Road, perimeter fence/wetland area on north side of site. Blackrock will handle both sides of Eckert, and Hunter Homes will hand Millbrook Dr.

- Hunter has two roll off concrete washouts. Blackrock has a washout pit @ Millbrook and Rivernest

- ZEC to install perimeter sediment control between their lots on Harris Ranch Ave. and the wetland area under the Idaho Power Lines.

- pending: work down along Council Springs seems to have been conducted without permit. Checking if related to subdivision.

Will send trash email warning out to home builders and subdivsion developer.
