Excavation is complete. No trackout or sediment runoff observed, wattle re-installed at edge of pavement. Permit posted on power pole. No corrections.

Storm drain blockage on Skylark culdesac diverted street runoff through unstabilized site. Slopes on the site have eroded with material sliding behind downhill neighbor's garage.

Crew is currently cleaning up mud behind the garage and builder and homeowner are resolving the issue. Mud behind silt fence and wattles to be removed and put back on site. The storm drains shall remain without sediment bags installed to prevent happening again, alternative control will be improved perimeter control and construction staging area on Skylark

Wattle at low point of lot to be relocated/re-positioned to divert runoff to the grassy area away from the neighbors garage & driveway.

Clean up efforts should continue and notified RP Cleve that if a retaining wall is installed to protect the garage, PW Hillside shall be notified w/ proper review & permits.
