Corrections:
- check that all DI bags and storm drain grates are properly installed and allow runoff to enter the filter bag

- fix rip rap channel to Council Springs Creek. Will fix channel lining and stabilize/armor sides to prevent further erosion and widening of channel.

- fix eroded area between Barber Drive and rip rap channel on way up to Hootowl. Will prevent runon from high flows in gutter, track area and stabilze.
- HHS will schedule SFH site preparation inspections once per week at a minimum with ESC division.

- Install sedimentation basin and improved construction entrance on the upper excavation and unfinished area at top of Barber Drive.

- properly trench in and overlap ends at all wattle installation.

- streets to be swept at minimum of once per week as well as regular trash pick up.

HHS and Syman have started on corrections. Will follow up on channel repairs and DI bag installations on Thursday 5/24

Complaint dumped large amount of dirt on this vacant lot, it is next to a lateral, and the dirt smells of checmicals. House was demolished on this lot under BLD17-04552.

Dirt excavated from nearby 4205 Edgemont dumped by 3D construction services. UST of heating oil was uncovered. 300 gallon recovered by Gem State Oil.

Stockpiles smell like gas/oil, some areas more so than others. DEQ Waste & Remediation Manager directed contractor to remove the dirt and show verification of its final location. Builder wants to test the dirt. Will cover until results.

Correction notice to remove all dirt stockpiles away from the irrigation lateral today.

No active ESC permit obtained to dump dirt or grade dirt on this lot. ESC permit required. Double fee for working without permit
