DI bag on uphill side of Sand Dune was changed out. Trash around back mostly picked up, some items remain. No trackout or discharges.

Correction needed:
- wattle/trench has faile and some sediment and sand has ran into downhill neighbors yard. Need to additional controls to slow and capture runoff between the two homes.

Correction request to Shane to fix and clean up this area. He stated that framers should be next week and will have excavator work on erosion issue. In meanwhile will take measures to prevent further sediment runoff to neighbor

Street and sediment around inlets have been cleaned up. Additional rock bag check dams have been placed in gutter between site and storm drain. Perimter wattle re-installed and extended around trash box at driveway.

Correction not completed:
- install slope interupting wattles on both slopes and runoff areas on either side of the home.

Silt fence along bottom of slope below common driveway was removed last week for landscaping. Site was left at risk and some sediment runoff occured to backyards below.

Landscaping on this slope and driveway paving is to be completed this week. Project manager ED with Perryman will Install sediment control wattle at bottom of slope in addtion to the rock line intercepting channel that will be below the landscaping.

Perryman is working with homeowner to repair damage to yard and remove any accumulated mud & sediment.

Alturas homes is working on drainage channel behind homes on Spotted Horse and between older subdivsion homes (Glacier Street). Diversion/runoff channel has been increased in size.

Request to make sure dirt is not piled against fence. Need to stablize and line per construction details, clean up dirt deposited below unfinished section of channel. PW Hillside confirming drainage plans..
