WIP on interior access road and gutter. Subsurface utility work complete. Sediment control wattle properly installed at edge of sidewalk path along Walling Creek. No fugitive dust occuring.
No immediate corrections needed, but will need to remove dewatering phase outlet materials along the west end of Walling Creek. Regularly inspect creek area for loose constuction materials and litter. Suggest installing fence during the vertical construciton of townhomes.
