Stockpiles of contaminated dirt were removed. Follow up testing by MTI resulted in additional 1 foot excavation of dirt on surface being scraped. This surface dirt is now in a covered stockpile and will be hauled off next week.

Permit sign posted, construction entrance rock installed. No trackout.

Inspection follow up 4:30 PM 5/31. Syman crew onsite installing wattles. Trash box moved onto parcel and out of the Logan ROW.

Crew to return tomorrow to complete silt fence installation. Requested that watttles be trenched in and secured with stakes at minimum of every 4ft.

Working with ACHD to address ROW concerns and sheet flow from Shaw Mountain Rd. that came through the site.

Perimeter wattles installed. Permit sign posted. Subdivision BMPs installed.

runoff from site deposited mud in neighbors yard. RP-GC Dave reported it.

Rain from recently installed roof, Shaw Mtn Road sheet flow ran off site carrying mud into neighbors yard. GC working with homeowner to repair (landscaping is visiting site tomorrow).

Corrective actions:
- relocate trash box and pile of lumber that divert some flows toward neighbors yard.
- install wattles and/or check dams along channels. Intercept and slow roadway run-on, capture flow of roof top water, utilize existing ponding spots. Make sure wattles are trenched and backfilled/compacted
- clean up mud accumulated at bottom of hill. After initial mud clean street will need to be swept by end of day tomorrow
- clean up loose material around site.
- excavator to be on site for additional earthen berm and clean up.

GC working on getting crew and BMPs on site to start corrections today
