No new violations observed. Disturbed slopes are in process of revegetation. No significant bare areas or erosion rills observed. Final landscaping has not been completed. Foundation and frame complete, WIP on interior.
None of the corrections requested in March appear have been completed other than making the lined drain flow towards the outlet pipe when water collects in it.

Corrections needed:
- remove unused wattle from bottom corner of lot
- install properly trenched in wattle between the drain and bottom corner.
- work with neighbor to replace damaged tree and gravel in driveway as discussed.

Dewatering ponds have retained water, no discharge from this area. Deeper well point water passing through baffled tanks and discharging in Walling Creek. Turbidity sample downstream for discharge was 4.45 NTU. Site is in compliance.
