Downslope perimeter wattles are trenched in. Contractor/RP replaced existing drop inlet bags on Castello with new filter bags. Old bags were extremely full. Will replenish/stabilize entrance to site after initial grading & grubbing. Permit posted. Approved.
Note: driveway apron and curbing was cracked prior to site work.

No issues on slope drain installment and hillside is near full stabilization. Utility or landscape work on the north (uphill) side of Starlite culdesace has been performed. Could be Idaho Power or City of Boise PW? Culdesac was swept but some loose sediment remains. Gatorguard wattle improperly installed. Trying to determine who contractor/owner is....

requested by RP Lance to discuss removal of silt fence and replacement with alternative BMP. 10AM at site
Silt fence BMP at toe of slope and edge of pavement/ACHD ROW has been replaced by a borrow ditch that will capture sediment runoff. The bank above the ditch is soon to be regraded and stabilized.
Next week paving and curbing will begin. No trackout issues so no need to restore construction entrance at this time. The site will be installing "Pave drain" tiles at entrance.
Site stormwater drainage infrastructure, diversion channels, catch basins, and retaining ponds are already installed. Landscaping around the perimeter will continue through May and June.
No fugitive dust, trackout, or other discharges from site. No corrections at this time.

Grubbing and grading has started at Ashville Commons. Previous discussions with Biltmore RP Jeremy cleared start of project due to initial BMPs (silt fence perimeter, construction entrance) already being installed. No trackout at site.
