	pre-con meeting DHE townhomes # 7 Knife River is contractor (Rex ###-####), Riverridge engineering project design. construction entrance on east end of project. Will protect Warm Springs creek channel with silt fence until 404 permit approval to fill the channel as planned. Standard BMPs required: dust control, trackout prevention and sweeping, concrete washout facility, staging area with safe storage or materials and chemicals on site. Requested that silt fence crew also pick up loose trash encountered in the area.
