Corrections needed:

- empty out/replace or remove full sediment bag on Highland View entrance to phase 1
- remove storm drain bags from the old storm drains on Highland View, no longer needed.
- remove old SWPPP sign and binder holder or relocate to job trailer and concrete washout area. Post new permit signage.
- fix erosion and uncontrolled runoff from lot 7 block 2 along sidewalk and leading down to lot 8
- re-install perimeter controls on lot 8 block 2
- repair eroded slope below lot 8 leading down to Broadstone.
- clean up loose dirt on sidewalk below lot 9 block 2 and fix/replace final row of wattle dirt has ran over.
- pick up windblown trash on slopes behind lots 3 through 6 on block 3. Lots of plasics caught in bushes.
- empty out and replace sediment bags on the storm drains at bottom of Sandpoint.
- address rill erosion and damage slope BMPs in between lot 22 and lot 23 on block 2.
- maintain/replace sediment bags on storm drains on Broadstone, both are full
- remove old washouts that are over 75% full. Clean up dried washout on lot 16 block 3. Provide new washout containment facilities.
- install check dams and or wattles in the drainage way behind lot 2 block 1. Drainway leads to an unprocted storm drain in phase 2.

All corrections must be complete/addressed by Thursday May 23rd.
