Silt fence and accumulated sediment has not been removed as requested.

Developer and Ada County Operations now working on issue of resolving corrective action for significant gully on south side of path after flowing under subdivision silt fence.

follow up to check on perimeter wattle installation

Wattle is now installed along back fence as requested.

Wattle installed not per specifications. No trench. No overlap or tight butting.

Work commenced without permits. temporary stop work order till ESC plan review. Double ESC permit fee assessed to project.

ESC plan to be submitted to division for review and approval.

Onsite meeting with RP/GC Dave and Syman Company wattle installation crew.

Reviewed placement and installation specifications on wattle. 2" minimum trench,and backfill compaction, Stakes center of wattle, 5 ft spacing and firmly anchored into ground. Tightly butted wattles will be allowed for this project.

Wattles have been relocated in areas so that crews can still access sides of home without driving over wattle. Relocated top wattle to make a settling area for potential run-on and to spread flows to lower wattles and to Logan ROW north side.

Requested that RP monitor subcontractors that remove any sections of wattle for access that they properly re-install wattles.
