check on dewatering setup and take turbidity samples

Turbidity samples:
- Ridgepoint/Vortex pond inlet pipe (upstream background) : 29.6 NTU
- Ridgepoint/Vortex pond water at outlet end (not manhole) : 67.6 NTU
- End of site discharge outfall in pipe : 92.1 NTU (+ 62 NTU over background)
- Downstream from riprap: 95.5 NTU
- In stream after water from dewatering joins flow:
330 NTU (300 NTU over backgroud)
- At stream at outfall to slough @ Warm Springs Road 271 NTU

Observations:
- dewatering pontoon installed and pump running. Energy dissipation on geotextile and wattle installed properly as requested. Water has not settled enough in pond and flows down hill too fast for vegetation to filter
- dam face is continuing to rill. Too wet for maintenance at this time, site has plan to fix when possible. Dewatering hose leaks have started a new rill in between a section of wattle, muddy water enterining riprap at outfall.

Corrective actions:
- make changes to dewatering system to get water within less than 50 NTU of background (site has turned off pump after being notified of discharge turbidity and is working on plan, follow up scheduled)
- need to address erosion on dam face and sediment running off dam into riprap and beyond

Discharge is not in compliance.

Site is in process of corrective actions. It has been raining everyday and site conditions are preventing maintenance.
