Stockpile will be removed by Central Paving and yard will be landscaped, culdesac swept thoroughly.

No sediment runoff issues or hillside erosion observed. Permit will stay open to monitor site until stabilization is acheived

RP from JH Development reported a complaint he received regarding BMPs at Boulder Heights #6

Site is currently inactive and will be for the next 3-4 weeks, when Central Paving will return to complete work.

New BMPs installed include:
- J shaped sandbag sediment containment at Windsong and Birdsong
- Restricted entrance; using paved surface as stabilized entrance and closed Windsong at Birdsong
- Wattle was maintained at SE limit of disturbance to contain sheet flow sediment. No issues or breeches observed.

Corrections needed:
1. Install filter or manhole plugs to keep dirt out of sewer on Windsong entrance
2. Move stockpile away from manhole and street
3. Perform sweeping and cleaning of the sidewalk, street, and gutter on the paved portion of Windsong.
4. Pick up any litter on site
5. Install wattle above newly constructed drainage pipe outlet and rip rap to contain sediment from the distuberd area of the outlet.

Overall site is in good condition, no significant trash issues, no trackout, no fugitive dust occuring.

Will reinspect end of next week 6/25
