No activity at time of inspection. Working on the sewer connections with an open trench and stockpile in front yard.. Some dirt on the road, no dust at time of inspection.

Called RP to request that road be thoroughly swept once excavation is complete and backfilled. He said it will be done and cleaned up this week. Follow up scheduled for Friday 6/22.

Culdesac is clean with no trackout. No sediment overflow observed in gutter below silt fence.

Corrections are needed. RP/GC Matt on site to review corrective actions.

- remove full DI bag at end of Santa Paula due to potential for overflow leading to hillside erosion. No new drop inlet insert is required, instead RP will install a wattle section around outside of inlet and weigh down so flush with pavement.
- install slope interupting wattles along the north side of house (between neighbor and garage) where water if flowing down slope to steep to bank above Santa Marian
- empty full trash container
- plan on removal of silt fence or remove captured dirt to extend life span of silt fence.

Will check for completion of first two corrections 6/21 PM

Stormwater runoff from construction site and additional flows from Shaw Mtn. Road flowed down the Logan alley ROW and deposited some eroded sediment onto property at 1010 Floral

Correction request:
- begin clean and removal of sediment on grass and scrape bottom of Logan. Refresh construction entrance rock.
- street sweeping on Logan and Floral after mud dries
- install more durable wattle (gatorguard) that can be installed across Logan to direct any flow away from 1010 Floral to the grass area by Shaw Mtn Apartments.
- at lowest terraced staging area, a sandbag or other diversion/conveyance barrier will capture flow from above and send to the leveled area rather than down Logan.
- repair and re-install wattles where water passed under. Remove captured sediment.
- install tempory roof gutter system to send water to the seepage bed rather than flowing off roof to ground.

RP-GC onsite. Syman Company and other corrections must be started today. Notified ACHD that there is evidence of more flow from Shaw Mtn on the Logan ROW section.
