There are multiple sites and crews in Grove working with variety of potential dust creating activities. RP familiar with fugitive dust rules.

Called RP to discuss use of access road on private property (owned by developer).

Correction request to forbid all non-essential construction traffic on this road unless for emergency or special load out operation. Road may be used for private access to horse stable area but not for OHV recreation.

Superior Construction to restrict use through training with employees and to block off access with barricade. Construction entrance should be via Arrow Villa only or the upper access point on Silver Crest.

Note: plan modification on 6-7-16 was to cover pre-existing temporary sediment retention pond and rock construction entrance. Added area to regulate track out and allow for alternate use only. Road has existed on this property prior to EC#9 construction.

Wind gusts are kicking up wind in Grove area and on Main Street. Most surface have been swept, did not see any stockpile issues.

Dirtiest area is on Capitol Blvd. Correction request to sweep gutter on Capitol and aprons and clean up concrete staging area.

Subdivision utility intallation is still in progress up top including stormwater retention ponds throughout site. Graded hillsides have been vegetatated and wattles are installed at intervals.

Two new GRD permit issued for retaining wall installation at the main entrance and along the service road along Council Springs.

Correction request -
- Remove damaged silt fence segments along the Council Springs access road. Reinstall sediment control as neeeded, provide updated plan for should stabilization for the access road.

-Sweep up Barber Drive at main entrance.

WIP. All concrete flat work has been poured. No spills or dried slurry on roads or gutters observed. Landscaping/irrigation in progress. Significant amount of dirt and gravel in gutter along Woodcutter and Woodcraft should be swept at end of the day.

RP Erbie agreed to request. Stated all Mill District Square projects will be complete late July.
