	Trackout to Fort Street. Dump trucks hauling off dirt do have a tracking pad to cross over. Observed water truck rinsing street without a sweeper, potential for turbid non-stormwater discharge. MS4 inlets have sediment filter bags installed. Correction request: - sweep apron, minimize rinsing to be acompanied by sweeping to prevent runoff. Project manager Jan with Beniton notified of corrections. Stated stockpile hauloff will be completed tomorrow and sweeping and clean will increase instead of installing new rock entrance for this operation. Follow up tomorrow PM

	Hillside erosion on many slopes and some undercutting of sidewalk is occuring in various locations. Some hillside wattles were installed but have been undercut. A storm drain drop inlet sump has filled up with eroded dirt and is covering outlet pipe. Corrections: - work on plan to install more hillside ESC controls until timing for re-seeding is better later this year. - check that BMPs are installed per ESC site map. Update as needed - regrade driveways where runoff is flowing off sides over steep sparsely vegetated slopes. - have storm drain that is clogged cleaned out. RP to work on corrective action plan and inspect. On site conference scheduled for 9 AM 6/28, next Thursday. Verbal correction request issued to RP Scott.
