Inspeciton 6/26 AM. No violations at site, permit sign posted, BMPs installed. No trackout or loose trash around site.

Corrections needed over next two weeks:
- do maintenance/replace section of silt fence that is not trenched in to the right of the stairs
- clean up loose sand/dirt on shoulder, put behind BMPs
- retrench and stake hillside wattle sections that have become loose around foundation to prevent concentrating flow
- on the staging lot across street, a sediment barrier is need along the back of the fence on the lot downhill and adjacent to prevent damage

Verbal correction request to RP-GC. Follow up scheduled

Correction needed:

- sweep back construction entrance rocks that are in sidewalk and gutter.
- post ESC permit sign so visible at entrance

Wattles installed on disturbed slope on adjacent lots. Will keep open for monitoring. No violations observed. Construction is complete

Wattles to install along bottom of stockpile are now staged on site.

Correction:
- install wattles per specifications (gator guard wattles should be staked and backfilled)

Frame complete. No trackout or discharges from site. Workers parking on street. No corrections requested.

Before site final RP shall check for any windblown trash around the culdesac and clearing limits.
