Next inspection will need to change out DI bags . Also before next set of homes. Two open lots remain.

No recent construction activity. Vegetation on slopes has established well, will still need to address some area that have rills visible. Can look to divert water, resurface and install slope intercepting wattles. NO trackout, discharges, or dust.

Still need to address stockpiles at the east end of Trent Point and install some sediment controls on the slope above the retention pond that has rills and a large gully that developed on the surface above the piped slope drain.

No immediate corrections, will set up conference with RP.
