Reviewed ESC plan and plans for dump truck access to haul away the Gibson demo material and then the excavation of the basement. Reviewed fugitve dust suppression requirements for demo and excavation phase and to cover loads leaving site. Trackout pad will be on 5th street.

Will install DI coir mat at 5th & Main and will request protection on 6th and Idaho as well. Staging area to be set up after demo and will trash, recycling, and concrete washout.
