check for perimter controls and DI bag clean up

DI bag was replace and a new gator guard perimeter control was installed on low corner of lot.

Flow was too great for loosely installed wattle and DI bag is now full of dirt from the site.

Correction request to RP James to replace wattle with silt fence or add additional wattles/check dams to slow the flow of the runoff from the roof and to maintain the sediment bag....

No trackout from site. Perimeter controls installed. No requests at this time

Work complete. Site cleaned and landscaped. No ESC requests

Permit sign provided to contractor. Work area is the playground, which is surrounded by grass and park features. Will use exsting concrete path for access from Phillipi Street from the east of playground.

Will need concrete washout containment, preserve existing features to remain including tree protection as needed.

Approved for construciton.
