Report of no fugitive dust control

No dust control at time of arrival. Front end hoist driving from alley on Myrtle to Capitol creating dust. Lots of loose dirt in staging lanes and at perimeter. RP on permit no longer on site, no new contact provided.

Dustin with Tuffy did order water truck, push broom sweeping of the drive lane, and told equipment operators to drive slower.

Will check back Monday on conditions. Storm drain system on Capitol/Myrtle has inlet protection and will be retrofit next week.

SWPPP binder and ESC permit sign posted on site. SWPPP inspection reports have been completed, currently inspecting every 14 days. No trackout or sediment runoff.

Hillsides has been horizontally tracked and mulch application has been applied. Too hot for revegetation currently,, will check on schedule. No hillside wattles have been installed as indicated on the ESC site plan.

No immediate corrections, need to review hillside erosion controls to be implemented (slope interupting wattles, revegetation)

Below Winter Camp a new tractor road has been cut to access basin area. Unclear what the activity is for, but it is outside the limits of Eyrie Canyon #9 and may require addition of acreage to permit and erosion & sediment controls installed. Will follow up on issue.
