Correction requests from previous inspection have not been completed. The corrections below are specific to the Skylark upper lot.

Corrections remaining:

1. Properly install wattle (staked and trenched) that has been placed between stockpile and road.
2. Provide a clearly marked designated concrete washout pit.
3. Need to empty full trash container.
4. Sweep uphill neighbors driveway and install wattle to prevent dirt from getting on driveway and running off to street.
5. Need to discuss the silt fence that has been overtopped with loose dirt. In the central section, evidence of sediment runoff beyond property line is an area that needs silt or other perimeter control.

This is the 2nd correction request. If corrections are not complete will need to escalate with fines and/or SWO until all corrections can be made.

WIP on road grading and preparation for paving. Water truck on site for compaction and dust control. No fugtive dust observed at time of inspection.

Corrections from previous inspection have been resolved:
- asphalt pile has been removed.
- entrance to Braemera has been cleaned up. Gutter will connect to new gutter and all loose material should be removed.

Hillsides still vegetating. No rips or tears in erosion control matting or bare spots observed. Will continue to monitor
