WIP on new storm drain system along Capitol and Broad as well as the sidewalk area. No trackout or discharges from site. Existing inlet on Myrtle has sediment protection.

ESC permit for this project is still active. Remaining stabilization required and to be accomplished with xeroscape vegetation. Parcel owner Lydia stated that the slope drain current installed next to access drive is only temporary to keep runoff from upper areas from flowing over the unstabilized bank area below the driveway.

Notified that any permanent grading or drainage plan, retaining walls or accessory structures (shed) would be subject to additional permits. Landscaping and stabilization are covered by this permit.

No sediment runoff or unmanaged erosion rills currently. Will continue to monitor.

Site work in progress. Receivnig storm drains on Fairview have sediment protection. Permit sign posted. No trackout or discharges. No dust observed, no complaints reported.
