WIP on shoulder and sidewalk at the access drive. Access drive is paved and storm drain system hooked up. Landscaping the bank between retaining wall and fence of existing homes below.

They are still using bark and shrubberies, not grasses as Public Works had ordered. There is a sediment control wattle along the toe of the slope at the fence as well as some drain rock in several areas.

No erosion or runoff issues observed.

- remove black section of silt fence that has been undercut and is concentrating water on slope.
- upturn edges of orange silt fence below homes in progress.
- clean up loose dirt and address erosion and sediment runoff from the pathway down to the greenbelt.

Sections of slope are not yet vegetated to 80% for site final.

RP to schedule work for next week. Will follow up.

RP notified that dewatering has resumed to install east side sewer for the building. Deep well (16 ft) discharging groundwater to Envirotanks. DIscharge to Walling Creek is clear. Once water level to get into trench is low enough, the trench water will be discharged to the east side holding pond. As a contigency, there is a hard pipe installed to the west side retention area.

Permit signs posted, construction entrances preventing trackout, spill kits and concrete washouts located on site. RP on duty.

No violations cited. Requested that earthwork crew get water truck on site for dust control for operations today on west side of site..
