- continue to fix erosion caused by irrigation on common area next to 1296 Broadstone. Controls installed have failed.
- remove old and now blank sign at entrance on Highland View.
- haul off full concrete washouts so the concrete people don't continue to use full ones. Put sign next to washout with capacity.


Subdivsion is clean, no trackout, dust, or significant windblown trash issues. Concrete washout located next to the Highlands Cove job trailer.
