- repair erosion and reinstall BMP between Chardie and stormwater pond. Will need additional seeding in areas that haven't vegetated.

Failure to comply will result in investigation fee and trade inspection parcel hold. Follow up scheudled.

RP-GC stated he will have trucks rinse into pump and pumptruck will take it back to site. Alternatively a lined pit may be used.

Inspection conducted Thursday 6/27

- Boise ESC permit posted, SWPPP binder onsite. No significant trackout, no disharges occuring. Dry, sunny weather with light wind.
- WIP on rough grading and utilitity installation.
- Rock construction entrance installed, some trackout due to trucks exiting without driving over the track pad. Site has a sweeper unit onsite that is used at end of each day.
- No breaches in silt fence perimeter observed
- Vegetation between graded areas and SF has been preserved
- Slopes along the Trent Point entrance have been tracked, wattles installed, and some areas hydroseeded.
- Hydroseeded areas without wattles are areas with a less steep slope
- Water truck working site on haul routes to keep down dust. They request water truck to stop watering about 200 M from the construction entrance due to the trackout it was causing. No dust leaving site boundaries, no consisent plumes


Correction requests to Andy w/ Syman and Steve with CMG.
- make sure wattles installed are along contours, staked every 4-5 feet, and trenched in. Request for overlap, some wattle interrsections are tightly butted instead. Some sections on upper slope above entrance are > 8 ft apart and not aligned with contour.
- Make changes at entrance to make sure equipment exiting site uses the track pad. Suggested fencing or signages, wider rock area
