DI bag installed on storm drain on Manville. Access will be most from the alley. Emerald sidewalk above grade of the lot. RP on site. Will use kiddie pool for concrete washout.

Last two homes being landscaped. Next inspection will check for DI bags which will need to be removed. Activity is on the east end of Boulder View. No violations observed.

Broken wood used as a ramp in gutter.

Verbal Correction request to RP:
- pick up wood and debris and dispose of properly
- shovel up mud and dirt in front of site
- sweep gutter and bike lane in front of driveway
- provide concrete washout solution for any further concrete work (if driveway is not asphalt)

SFH construciton in progrss. Subdivsion storm drains have sediment bags, designated concrete washout, and onsite Responsible Person.
