WIP on interior; framing and roofing complete. No gutter or down spouts installed yet.
Trash around site is picked up; permit sign is posted. Two gator gaurd wattles are installed across Logan ROW to direct water to north side of road away from homes on Floral.
Hillside wattles are staked, one section around the trash bin access should be re-staked and trenched at any time of inactivity or forecasted rain, RP-GC notified. No discharges or new erosion. Dry conditions.

WIP on rough grading and cutting roads within site. Work commenced after a pre-construction conference but without an Issued permit. Permit was picked up and paid for upon request.
Corrections:
- post green ESC permit sign on SWPPP board
- have earth work subcontractor add a crew member to drive the water truck. Water truck was just parked and not in use at time of inspection.
- no major plumes leaving site, but lots of dust being kicked up in the air as they scrape the roads and parking areas.

WIP installing pavers behind units on 15th Street. No trackout or loose material stored in ROW or gutter. Improvments on 15th street curb also occuring. No corrections requested.

Onsite conference with PW Hillside Engineer Melissa and parcel owner Lydia to review significant landscape project on hillside lot. Investigating cuts into hill on upper rock placement above driveway entrance and along the driveway itself. Status is pending.
Area down slope of driveway is landscape rock and planting. No retaining wall permit required here. Activity covered by ESC permit, instructed to keep perimeter sediment control installed until final stabilaztion/revegetation.
Stockpiles of road mix to be hauled away this week. Material staged on shoulder will be placed on lot. Driveway is allowed as a temporary non-structural lot access and will be stabilized with permeable turf stone and decomposed granite (DC). This should prevent erosion and sediment runoff from driveway.
Storm drain protection installed. Correction request to keep sidewalk swept after any trackout. Request to have water for dust control during construction.
No further rock placement along cuts above driveway and no further excavation into hillside was requested. Once driveway and other landscaping is installed, PW Hillside will re-inspect site for potential issues.
