Need to stabilized distrubed hillsides areas with wattles and/or temporary tacifier to prevent excess runoff concentrating on the unfinished section of Arrow Villa and flowing down into existing stormwater infrastructure.
Plan to schedule site walk through with Jill and remind her of CGP and City ESC requirements to stabilize or install erosion & sediment controls in disturbed areas inactive for 2 weeks or more.
