Concern from owner of home in progress about drainage issues.

Roof drains in subdivsion appear to be drain to french drains and not running off to surface. There is a slight slope but with grass/vegetation, I do not believe the home will receive extra stormwater from the home to the north. Checking with Hayden Homes on drainage situation.
