Will begin equipment mobilization and installation of BMPs tomorrow prior to beginning stripping.

Initial BMPs:
- construction entrance for each access point (one on Warm Springs bypass and the other from the north side of project)
- water truck onsite for fugitive dust control
- ESC/SWPPP/CGP sign at entrance
- save topsoil
- set up designated staging area per ESC site map

Future BMPs:
- check for buffer equivalency once work begins to get within 50 ft of Warm Springs Creek
- notify ESC inspectors of any dewatering
activities.
- provide lined and leakproof concrete washout containment for concrete work to be performed during site development.
