No construction installed. Washout appears to have been cleaned up. Posted ESC permit sign.

Silt fence is installed properly, storm drain has sediment bag installed.

Notified RP about hillside site preps and request to install consturction entrance and stormwater control berm installed.

Loose dirt and sawdust on sidewalk and street. Fence post crew did concrete washout on unpaved driveway.
No sediment control installed on the storm drain adjacent to site.

Notiifed RP and GC Scott . Scott states previous pours were told to conduct washout offsite at their facility.

Request to sweep sidewalk and gutter, sccoop up concrete washout slurry in driveway area. Install sediment protection in the storm drain.
