Update on project provided by RP Steve with CMG.

Vortex street is prepped for curb, gutters, and paving will start to begin. Concrete trucks will be directed to use the washout pan located in the upper section.

New and reconstructed ponds and stormwater features at Vortex and Ridigepoint to the site discharge point is now complete and has been hydroseeded. The plan is to install supplemental irrigation to keep grass growing through the hotter summer months.

The outlet pipe to the new reservoir will remian plugged until the sediment forebay, holding area, and surrounding slopes have properly revegetated.

No complaints or issues recently reported or observed. Dry weather conditions currently.

Development inspected on 7/7.
WIP on interiors, exterior of townhomes completed. Site is fenced in, clean, and contained, still needs landscaping. Townhomes on Kootenai are occupied.
