The new path is complete and open to public. The shoulders have been hydroseeded and straw wattles remain in areas (biodegradable). Parks & rec will remove stakes during maintenace.

Site BMPs are installed and initial grading and and import of fill is occuring. Inlet protection, construction entrance, and silt fence perimeter are installed. Permit, RP, and ESC plan are on site.
Tuffy has one water truck servicing multiple sites in the area. At this time, the truck comes and waters the haul loop 1-2x per hour and it appears to be sufficient - no significant or continuous dust plumes leaving site. I requested that a full time truck be onsite if dust increases.
