Corrections needed:

- sweep up street, gutter and sidewalk in front of site
- clean up concrete slurry (dried) in the gutter
- install sediment protection on receiving storm drain just west of site

illegal stockpile on top of a storm drain reported Thursday Aug 9th has still not be cleaned or relocated as requested to RP Cleve via text message.

No clean up of road mix material dumped around storm drains. DI bags full and unmaintained. Spill absorbent/kitty litter left in gutter.

Lined swale is full of dirt, weeds and some trash. Grass on slopes is not watered and probably dying. May require additional revegetation this fall.

Significant amount of dust and trackout on Hudson.

Verbal correction request to RP JC w/ Petra to have more rock added to construction entrance and clean up road and gutter

RP on duty, dust control water truck on site and in use (the reason for some of the trackout), lined concrete washout onsite, permit signs posted.
