Lucky Harris 13/Harris Crossing subdivision has two units in progress at the south end of culdesac. Concrete washout that was formerly in this spot has been moved across the culdesac.

First set of homes on Pheasant Tail are all complete and landscaped. Individual permits finaled.
No fugitive dust, trackout, windblown trash or other issues.

Correction:

-Secure lining of concrete washout pit and post a sign that says designated washout.

Harris Ranch North - site walk through inspection; requested for 10:30 AM by Kim Ellis.

Site walk-through conducted with Hunter Homes Chad Hamel and Syman Company.
Permit sign and eNOI tracking number are posted at entance. Staging area has been set up and equipment is parked on site. SWPPP will be kept in job trailer. Head Syman inspector is Reynato, and Western project manager is Ron ###-####.

Wire backed silt fence has been trenched in along Pen. ditch and makes a sediment barrier for downhill runoff. Wattles line the access road where it crosses over the ditch. A temporary of construction entrance of small crush stone has been installed. This will need to be replaced by larger crushed rock as the current one fails and more workers are in and out of the site.

Double walled-self contained fuel tank is to be kept at staging area. A water tank is being installed up the hill from the staging area and tank area is surrounded by silt fence.

Approved to start work next week.

Inspection in response to "excessive dust tornado" complaint received by Code Enforcement.

At time of inspection Friday 10:00 AM there was no significant or continuous plumes of fugitive dust. There is a lot of wind at this site however, so the possibility of fugitve and current work on Highland Valley Road and Warm Springs is actively disturbing dirt and moving stockpiles.

There is a water truck onsite that was filling up when I arrived.
Correction:

Much of the recently graded phase 2 that is not currently active does not have a dust suppresion application or tacifier. Need to schedule this for the out perimeter lots and recently cut hillside.

VM left to RP Jim Conger, will check back to see when it can be scheduled.
