Dust problem is the unstabilized concrete washout entrance and uncontrolled employee parking on site and driving offsite in multiple locations.

Verbal correction request to onsite foreman, awaiting call back from RP Jim.

1. Increase use of water truck on the access routes. Trackout can be swept once dry and DIs have sediment bags installed. Dust control should be primary concern.

2. Install rock over the entrane to lined concrete washout pit at SE corner of site. Extreme dust area by wind and vehicle causes.

If no improvement tomorrow before noon, will issue Re-inspection and 2nd CN with next step being SWO

Silt fence is still installed along 8 mile creek between both phases of Peppermill from Hollandale to Peconic. Silt fence should be removed once the southeast portion of path shoulder are stabilized/landscaped. No immediate corrections, will continue to monitor. No SFH construction in phase 2 yet.

Checked backyard slope for sediment and erosion controls.

The hillside has been properly horizontally tracked. One section of the bottom of the slope is a 3 ft rock retaining wall. On top of the wall and areas on the sides have a sediment control wattle staked in. Some dirt has started to accumulate on top of the wattle. No hydroseed, hydrolmulch or tacifier has been applied.

Need to provide stabilization of slope and fix areas of wattle that have had sand cross over it.
