site walk-through 9 AM w/ Steve w/ CMG

No significant trackout or excessive fugitive dust at site during time of inspection (9 AM -11 AM). Site perimeter sediment barrier silt fence is installed and vegetation outside clearing limits has been preserved. Site has heavy duty construction entrance at Trent Point and permit signs are posted.

Corrections needed:
- wattles installed must be overlapped per BMP specs in SWPPP or tightly abutted. Currently are loosely abutted and not thoroughly staked into ground.
- construction entrance rock needs maintenance/refreshing
- sweep loose dirt/dust out of gutters along Trent Point and Boulder Heights.
- correction request to Central Paving to increase water truck circulation on the upper haul routes. Avoid spraying water near entrance and on steep sections of road (slippage hazard)

- request to provide update BMP site map to show current conditions. Include a site map to detail the grading and stabilization, showing active areas, temporary stabilized areas (with dates) and update permanent vegetation schedule in SWPPP.


- repair sections of silt fence damaged by rock fall at the lower road cut. Repair sections of wattle installed on finished grade slope that was driven over.
