Verbal correction request to Joey with Blackrock via phone:

- install DI bags in alleys behind active construction in new phases at east end of the Blvd townhomes.
- remove DI bags from alleys that have all construction and landscaping complete
- post concrete washout sign at washout (apparently in a craw space area of a completed foundation.


- follow up inspection scheduled.

No trackout or discharges. Large stockpiles on site appear to be inactive and will be an issue for sediment runoff as Fall progress. Stockpiles need perimeter sediment controls or other or removal. Stockpiles are not allowed to be inactive for extended periods.

WIP on site grading and infrastructure installation. Site has had very good fugitive dust control considering size of disturbance.

No significant trackout to roads surrounding site.

Correction request for next inspection:
- sweep up gutter on Denton between entrance and Curtis
- improve rock construction entrance to prevent trackout.

follow up to complaint response

Street sweeper has visited site as requested, but there is still additional corrections.

- sweep sidewalks with push brooms across street
- install sediment protection on storm drain on McMillan
- continue improvements to prevent irrigation water from flowing into site from adjacent yard to the south of entrance
- relocate an ESC permit sign or SWPPP at entrance to site.

Talked to RP who said he will get it done. Follow up inspection on Monday.

Pool in progress in large backyard. No trackout, discharges, or dust

BLD finaled by BLD inspector. No ESC issues. Work in backyard.
