dust complaint.- morning winds + acitivity causing large plumes visible from Parkcenter/Apple

Certain instances of uncotrolled dust is occuring at subdivsion. Request to have a truck that is only responsible for dust control along haul routes, stockpiles, and open disturbed areas where wind blown dust is occuring.

Currently there are 3 seperate crews with their own water truck. Trucks need to coordinate together to make sure areas are adequately sprayed with water. Request to start day with watering to soak in areas where work will occur. Crew noted that steep sections of haul roads cannot have too much water due to the heavy loads and traction.

Will continue to monitor, extra truck should be there for next week
