No significant hillside erosion issues or sediment blow outs after storm. BMPs installed are in good condition. Road is now paved and new DIs have sediment protection. Wattles have been installed around several parcels.

Next inspection check slopes on the first set of parcels on left side of HV Drive for additional wattle placement. Check on Sunset Peak rip rap channels.

No trackout, discharges offstie.

Correction request:

- provide lined designated concrete washout for the new foundation work occuring.

- address stockpile in front yard

Home complete and landscaped. No ESC corrections.

No acitivity. Permits open, permit sign posted.

Permit sign and SWPPP info onsite. Site has inspection report from 8/23. Sediment controls installed at east drainage. Construction entrance installed; water truck doing good job controlling dust from grading activities. Will request an evening crust application to prevent excessive wind blown dust in the evening.

Correction:
- sweep street end of day tomorrow
- prepare runoff diversion to the vegetated and retention areas tor prevent runoff from flowing down Lancaster.

Follow up inspection scheduled Monday 8/28

Project complete and stabilized. All permits finaled.

Capitol Landscape on site building patio. Yard not yet landscaped.

Check that temporary stockpile area on street has been well swept post construction.

Dewatering in progress. Using frack tank for sediment treatment. Water still has visible turbidity and is discharging into large onsite private stormwater system. No discharge discovered to retention/drainage pond that receives water per ACHD storm drain maps.

No plumes or discharges discovered in Gallagher Canal nor downstream from Drain 3 in Loggers Creek.

Investigation in progress. Iron Horse and McAlvain will continue to monitor water quality.
