WIP on interior. Hilliside BMPs installed, some section of wattles need stakes re-installed due to movement by sub contractors. Trash around site contained. Silt fence barrier to protect neighbor's yard is installed. Lower section needs maintenance.

No driveway or roof gutters installed yet. Logan alley ROW has two gator guard water bars that channel water to the lower landing area onsite.

Corrections needed:
- resecure damaged or relocated wattles on slope between home and Logan alley.
- re-install silt fence at bottom of installation so that it J-hooks to trap sediment and not allow water to flow off alley to yard below.
- plan to have gutters installed in September or ASAP to prevent runoff flowing over disturbed slopes.

Still need to remove DI bag on Preece. RP dave said he will do it. Rescheduled for two weeks out....

WIP on site work and foundation. Construction entrances installed but are wrong type of rock. No trackout at this time, will need change for Fall DI bags installed on Emerald. No fugitve dust observed. Site is has full silt fence perimeter.

WIP at Sterling Park. Entrance and parking lot has curbing but not yet paved. Large compost stockpiles onsite. No windblown dust observed. Water truck also on site. No trackout or discahrges. Surrounding MS4 inlets have sediment protection.

WIP on frame and installing curbing for roads & parking with site. Construction entrances installed, permit sign posted, trash around perimeter is picked up, concrete washout bins onsite, and water truck available for dust control.

Stockpile of topsoil staged on west side of site has been properly tacified due to planned period of inactivity. Site has been very well managed regard ESC standards.

DI bags are now installed in alley ways behind projects. Most trash is contained. Concrete washout with lining is located on lot8- block 14. Needs to have a sign.

Corrections requested were completed. Request to Joey to have loose trash at foundation sites picked up and that sweeping should be done on sites that recently added road mix to driveways.
