WIP on interior. Hilliside BMPs installed, some section of wattles need stakes re-installed due to movement by sub contractors. Trash around site contained. Silt fence barrier to protect neighbor's yard is installed. Lower section needs maintenance.

No driveway or roof gutters installed yet. Logan alley ROW has two gator guard water bars that channel water to the lower landing area onsite.

Corrections needed:
- resecure damaged or relocated wattles on slope between home and Logan alley.
- re-install silt fence at bottom of installation so that it J-hooks to trap sediment and not allow water to flow off alley to yard below.
- plan to have gutters installed in September or ASAP to prevent runoff flowing over disturbed slopes.

Stockpile of topsoil staged on west side of site has been properly tacified due to planned period of inactivity. Site has been very well managed regard ESC standards.
