Request that damaged silt fence sections be removed. Areas around retaining wall are vegetated and silt fence no longer necessary and is falling apart.

Request issued to have street sweeper at end of day. Active subdivision and dirt transfer from Ghost Bar to HV Road is occuring. Water truck being utilized for dust control is some of the problem. DIs in East Vally have sediment filters installed.

Report of retaining wall without permit received from Public Works hillside engineer.

Investigated site and spoke to homeowner regarding project. No activity at time of inspection.

Project is retaining wall repair, no new wall segments or foundation work. Rearranging boulders already on property and restoring portion of lawn with sunken grade with import of topsoil. Irrigation line relocation also part of project. No evidence of trespass or construction access on open lot below home.

Requested that some dirt/sediment in culdesac be swept clean and that if scope of work should change from what was described, PDS should be consulted to check for applicable permits.

Note: Observed unsafe fire hazard level of weeds on lot below property and notified Code Enforcement.
