Grading work occuring higher up in the site. At the bottom of site, the staging area and silt fence barrier along the canal is in good condition. No trackout to Barber and permit signs are clearly posted.
No fugitive dust plumes observed, project is proceeding in phases as not to disturb the entire area at once.. Will walk site next week. Approved.

WIP on SFHs by Hayden Homes and Eaglewood Homes in new Sunnyridge phase. Approximately 15 homes being built simultaneously. Trash and materials are contained, some minor trackout and loose sediment on driveways and in front of homes. No discharges or spills observed around sites. Concrete washout pit was utilized for foundations.
Corrections:
1. Street sweeper should be scheduled every other week. 2. Install new washout for next round of homes. Remove old washout material and recycle/dispose properly.
