Check to see that road has been swept towards end of the day. Hauling in dirt and using water for compaction and dust so there is trackout despite the vehicle tracking pad.
Sweeper tractor onsite but not in use. Still significant trackout. Rock entrance is not working. Going to meet with RP Herb tomorrow to figure out how to reduce trackout.

WIP. No dust control or water supply at site at time of inspection. RP Matt and site superviso Rich of Beniton Construction stated water is supposed to be used to help control demolition dust. While on site he went and stopped subcontractors and requested water control.
SWPPP is on site in trailer. No other issues at time of inspection. Will continue to monitor.

There is significant trackout to Orchard that I requested be swept at minimum 1-2 x daily. Herb stated it was swept once earlier.
Main BMP will be trackout control and dust suppression. Permit posted. Approved.
