WIP. Retention pond excavation is now complete. Banks/slopes of pond area have had topsoil applied and were horizontally tracked per BMPs and is ready for hydroseed/tacifier. Construction entrance installed, but some minor trackout needs to be cleaned. No discharges or fugitive dust.

No changes within subdivison site since prior inspection. Borrow ditch along Warm Springs has had rip rap rock installed.

Hillsides are vegetated and have wattles installed. SFH work is anticipated to begin this fall.

Main entrance road an upper circle road are now paved and gutters and storm drains are installed. New inlets have been fitted with sediment filter bags. Drainage channels and ditches have been lined with rip rap. Slopes have been tracked, hydroseeded and have sediment control wattles installed to reduce slope length.

Barber Drive appears to have been recently swept, no trackout or discharges. The silt along Council Springs has been reinstalled after the retaining wall construction. Bridge over creek cross is now complete and channel is rip rapped and silt fence has been installed between banks and disturbed area.

Correction requenst:
- need to install large capacity lined washout or use containment bin. Use of plastic pools is causing spillage and does not appear to be big enough. Request issued to Hunter Homes RP and mentioned to ESC contractor.

WIP on new Library! branch at Bown Crossing. Site parking lot, utilities and permanent storm water system is installed. No trackout, no discharges observed. Approved.
