Staging area is prepped and the work area on the roadway has a downslope sediment barrier in the form of a trenched and staked wattle. Permit sign and ESC plan binder are located on site. Rock has been installed for an entrance to the staging area to reduce trackout.

Roadway and shoulders will need to be swept upon completion to remove loose sediment from the work.

Wattle should be removed and area where trenched compacted at the end of the project, unless otherwise discussed at that time. Approved for construction.

WIP on home. No activity at time of inspection. Perimeter wattle has remained installed and effectively contained sediment on site during rain event. Storm drain has DI bag installed with lots of capacity. Trash has been managed. No corrections.

WIP. Home structure is up, driveway not paved so large muddy puddle at entrance. No activity at site and no trackout.

Correction:
- empty full trash container to prevent mixing with stormwater management and wind blowing light materials off site.

WIP on Barber Station/Park Place townhomes. Site chain link fence is in place, no wind blown trash debris observed. Workers parking on paved surfaces, no trackout. No corrections at this time.

Home complete and landscaped and currently for sale. BMP will remain, two active projects on both sides of home. All permits finaled. Area will continued to be monitored due to other projets.

WIP. Lots building activity on Skybar, foundations, and landscaping. Will request that Tahoe homes sweep streets and check all washout, many are near capacity. Some have stormwater inside but are contained with no runoff or spill overs observed.
