Numerous violations and potential pollutants uncontained on site:
- no washout containment, piles and spills poured around in various areas and leaking into private storm drains installed for the site. - litter, construction debris, sawdust, concrete, wall board dust all over parking lot and impermeable surfaces. - dirt and sediment throughout parking lot. Ready to transport to MS4 on Ustick with no inlet bag - stockpile stored on site has no perimeter controls and should be removed from site if it is not for use
Corrective actions needed ASAP
- clean up all litter and loose materials - provide designated concrete washout that is lined and won't spill - sweep up entrance way so that rain won;t carry dirt to Ustick - remove all illicit concrete piles around site. - sweep parking lot - install sediment filter BMPs west of site on Ustick and on do service on all private inlets. Some are not even protected.

WIP on structure and parking lot curbing. Outpak concrete washout is being utilized. Permit sign is posted, DI south of project on Philipi and to the north on Bond St. have coir mat filter.
Small amount of concrete slurry spilled in gutter was not cleaned up.
Verbal correction request to RP to let it dry and clean up tomorrow by sweeping.

Columbia Village subdivision has hired Aloha Landscaping to dig up and re-install their 4" irrigation line that was initial placed in the wrong location and on private property (Havenwood)
Notified RP that Aloha would need to re-install and replace broken silt fence. Sweep up in swale. Will follow up with Aloha Landscaping as well.
